David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. Win Your Purchase Give-A-Way
Official Rules:
The David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. “Win Your Purchase Give-a-Way” is open to Ontario residents only. Representatives and/or employees of David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. and their immediate families are not eligible. Employees and/or their immediate families of any advertising agency used for the promotion of this event are not eligible. Only purchases made at David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. located at 915 Niagara Street Welland, Ontario are eligible.
Customers purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle from the start of business on June 1st, 2019 to the end of business on Saturday June 29th, 2019 will receive one entry ballot per vehicle purchased. For the entry ballot to be valid, the Customer must take delivery of the purchased vehicle before July 6th, 2019.
For the entry to be valid, the vehicle must be sold out of stock (no orders or dealer trades) and must be a retail purchase. Fleet, lease buyout, wholesale and in-out sales are excluded. Pre-owned vehicles purchased during the contest period that are considered “As Is” (non-certified) will not be eligible to receive an entry ballot.
The ballot will entitle the purchasing customer to enter the contest at their discretion. The contest consists of one draw for the Total Vehicle Price paid by the customer to purchase the eligible vehicle, to a maximum payout of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00).
The Total Vehicle Price (from the bill of sale) awarded is the vehicle price including all options, fees, freight, air conditioning tax, discounts and business office products, excluding a trade-in value (if applicable), lien payouts and excluding taxes.
All sales prior to June 1st, 2019 are excluded. All sales after June 29th, 2019 are excluded.
The customer receiving the ballot will place their ballot on the number of their choice on our prize draw board. The customer’s entry and prize board number will be recorded by David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. and the customer will not be allowed to change their selection once made.
Limit one entry ballot per eligible vehicle purchased. The entry ballot must reflect only the “Purchasers Name” matching the bill of sale. Any substitutions of name will nullify the entry. Substitutions and/or transfers will not be allowed.
The prize draw will take place at David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. 915 Niagara Street Welland, Ontario at a private evening event, the date to be determined. All Entrants will be contacted with the prize draw event details. Entrants do not have to be present in order to win.
The successful contestant must answer a time-limited (90 seconds) skill-testing questions in order to claim the prize.
In order to claim the prize, the successful contestant must provide a valid government issued photo identification.
The successful contestant will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw via telephone or email if not in attendance.
The successful contestant agrees to participate in any promotional events requested by David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. These events include but are not limited to photographs and videos taken of the draw. These images and videos will be used for various media including but not limited to social media, websites, newspaper and radio advertisements. These uses will include the amount of the prize awarded and the winner’s name.
David Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. will not share, give, rent or sell any personal/private information about any contestant.
