Unifor’s Constitution outlines our organizational structure, statement of principles, democratic governance and other core elements. The Constitution was revised and re written in August 2013 following the merger of the CAW and CEP. This Constitution outlines the central characteristics of Unifor. It is written in clear, accessible language and made available to all members and non-members, who are interested. Unifor meets every three years to review and discuss the constitution and approve any amendments. The next Constitutional Convention is in September 2016.
