MEMBERSHIP OF LOCAL 199

On June 21, 2017, I accepted a position with the National Union as Supplier Relations Co-ordinator for the General Motors Unit. I will assume this new position on August 8, 2017. I look forward to the challenges this new position will bring.

For most of my adult life, I have been an elected Rep. within General Motors and Local 199. In many ways, you have been a part of my family. Throughout these years, I have worked with and met some really wonderful people. It has been a privilege to represent all of you. Local 199 will always hold a place in my heart. I never would have been offered this position had it not been for your unwavering support and trust.

I want to thank the entire membership for allowing me to become a better person, representative and friend.

I wish all of you the very best and thank you for the memories.

I hereby resign my positions as Vice-President and General Motors Benefit Rep. effective August 4, 2017.
