McMaster Labour Studies Course
The next McMaster Labour Studies class is scheduled for Monday Evening 6th March 2017. Over the past few years we have scheduled a one evening course close to International Women’s Day. This year the course is about Universal Publically Funded Early Years Child Care. The course is a one evening video conference and is scheduled at the Union hall this Monday from 6:30 – 9 pm.
The Special Guest Speaker is Martha Friendly, founder and Executive Director of the Childcare resource and research unit and long-time advocate for universal, public funded, accessible early years and childcare system. This will be an interesting topic and presentation. All WTP trainers should consider attending as this topic will be part of the next module.
Please let me know if you can attend, everyone is welcome. I have attached a poster and document about the course, please feel free to forward this e mail.
Speaker: Dr. Dennis Pilon, Associate Professor, Political Science, York University
