GM UNIT CAAT DBplus PENSION PLAN

On January 1, 2025, General Motors Unifor members hired on or after September 2016, and currently participating in the Defined Contribution (DC) plan, will be enrolled in the College of Applied Arts and Technology (CAAT) DBplus Pension Plan.
Ahead of this change, CAAT will be holding education sessions where impacted members will receive an overview of the CAAT Pension Plan, how DBplus works and what you get as a DBplus member. CAAT representatives will also answer members questions about DBplus.
Education Sessions:
In-plant
Friday November 1 – Active members only
2PM – Engine Theatre
This session will be available for active members and will be a drop-in style starting at 2PM. Members may attend before or after their shift and those on lates who wish to attend, may return to the plant, and sign in with security.

Wednesday November 6 – 10AM

These online sessions are available for all members including active, those on layoff and leaves of absence(ie S&A, parental, maternity, caregiver).
Those who have registered will receive a unique link to join the session.
