Each step taken ensures people live full, vibrant lives until their last breath and that people grieving the death of someone in their life have the care and support they need.

 

Join us on Sunday, October 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Canada Games Park in Thorold as we hike in celebration of all the people we keep close to our heart.
