  • On Monday September 23rd both V6 and V8 will be on temporary layoff.
  • The V8 and V6 members can also take unpaid vacation time if not required by the Company to work and approved.
  • If you are required to work next week you will be notified by your Group Leader.
  • The GF6 will continue to work until notified of any potential changes.
  • If/ when the strike is resolved the Company will communicate it to you at that time.

As is past practice you will be required to call the St Catharines information hot line (1-877-868-3895) every day 2 hours before your normal start of shift time for updates regarding the strike in the U.S. and return to work plans.
