Ball Hockey Tournament

The recreation committee held their second annual Ball Hockey tournament in St Catharines. 40 players signed and formed four teams, this was a very successful event. After being up 4-1 in the championship game, the opposing team poured it on and got the score to 4-3 but couldn’t solve Regnier between the pipes in the last few minutes to tie it. The Rec Committee would like to thank Lawrence Robson for taking the pictures, Amanda White and Lisa Hansen for volunteering as well as Bill Newburgh for refereeing. We’d also like to thank all the participants for a fun-filled day with friendly competition, and congrats to the winning team and Corey Rehnier who was the MVP! We hope everyone isn’t too sore and will play again next year.
