ORDER FORM

Unifor has a variety of materials and clothes Standing Committee may want to purchase for events and functions.  The attached order form has a list of items and prices  order form.  All expenditures of committee funds should be written as a recommendation from the standing committee, submitted to the Executive Board and be approved by the membership.
