August 4th 2016, Unifor 199 members at Assemble-Rite ratified a new three-year agreement.  The new agreement includes wage increase of 35 cents each year, a Christmas bonus, $100 for safety glasses and a signing bonus. Increases were also negotiated for healthcare which included, a healthcare account,  chiropractic & paramedical coverage and 50% of dispensing fees,  I would like to thank the bargaining committee; Karen Trasmundi, Rose Tellier and National Rep Doug Orr for all their hard work to secure this new three year agreement.
