2023-2024 ANNUAL DEPENDENT HEALTH CARE CERTIFICATION FOR YOUR ELIGIBLE CHILDREN
REMEMBER TO CERTIFY YOUR CHILD’S ELIGIBILITY FOR HEALTH CARE ENROLLMENT
The GM Benefits Centre has mailed out the annual Dependent Certification (ADC) notice to all GM Canada employees, retirees and surviving spouses on Tuesday August 28, 2023. For active members who have dependent children 18 to 25 years of age, and retirees with children 21 to 25 years of age, currently enrolled for health care coverage.
Members MUST update eligibility online by logging on to the Your Benefits Resources website at www.gmcanadabenefits.com or call 1-877-442-4625. The eligibility window will remain open from Tuesday, September 5th through Friday, September 22, 2023. Members have until Friday September 22, 2023 to update the eligibility. Employees may be selected to provide valid proof that their dependent meets the dependent eligibility rules.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of coverages effective Nov. 1, 2023. Contact your Benefit Representative with any questions/clarification of eligibility.
The GM Benefits Centre updated their website July 1,2020. Members will need to update their password. Existing employee IDs and passwords will continue to work; however, you will be asked to change your password after initial sign in.
