As you know, our Union is negotiating the renewal of the Collective Agreement with General Motors.
To ensure all of our GM members have the opportunity to participate in the Ratification Meeting and vote, it is extremely important that we collect as many members email addresses as possible before the Ratification Meeting, date TBD.
Members with a valid email on file will receive:
* a comprehensive summary of the contract changes
* the date and time for our Ratification meeting
* the link to the online Ratification Meeting, as well
as a meeting number & passcode to join the meeting
* the link and password needed to vote
* the link to tech support for help with voting

IMPORTANT EMAIL NOTE:
GM Email Accounts will not be accepted.
Example – “(member name)@gm.com” emails will NOT be accepted, as this is contract specific.
Only personal email addresses for the individual members will be accepted.
If you don’t feel comfortable submitting your usual email, feel free to create a specific email address for yourself to access important information for the duration of bargaining.
