Working in Auto “Prospects for the Future”

In partnership with McMaster University, Unifor offers Educational Courses available for our members. These courses are part of a Labour Studies Certificate Program. In June 2016 the next course being offered is a one evening video conference course called “Prospects for the Future” is schedule Monday June 20th. Participants will discuss current issues and challenges to the future of the auto sector, from the workers perspective.

New hires, young workers, veteran workers, and retirees are all encouraged to attend both of these courses.

Participant will connect with autoworkers from across Ontario to discuss, what we can learn from the past, develop an understanding of the current challenges to the auto sector as well as what the future will look like for young workers.
