The membership at Grimsby Ford has voted 100% in favour of their new 3-year Collective Agreement. This new agreement sees menu rate increases, a new letter of agreement around new technology (EV vehicles, etc), benefit increases, a signing bonus and wage increases – including a major increase in Apprenticeship wages.

The Bargaining Committee should be commended for their hard work and dedication to the membership.
