June 14th 2019 The First Canvas for retirements in Oshawa was completed.  A combined total of 1,300 letters were sent to Skilled trades and Production.  Over 90% (1,222) of the respondents signed up for one of the packages.   The breakdown of the results are posted in the following attachment.

The second canvas will be sent out June 24th with a deadline of 19th July.  GM update June 18 2019  I will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
