Local 199 Bylaws

Local 199 is governed by several documents, the Unifor Constitution and the Bylaws of the Local 199.   Local 199 By-laws were reviewed and updated November 2021. As per the Constitution the amended Bylaws were approved and subsequently reviewed and approved by the National Union.  Unifor By Laws Guide.  Article 13 which pertains to elections was revised using the Unifor Elections Policy and included the creation of a new position on the Executive Board for a young worker.
