Labour Day Parade and Party
Mark Monday the 5th of September on your calendar. To celebrate Labour Day Local 199 has planned a special day for all our members and their families.
We start the day by walking & driving in the labour day parade from the Pen centre to the Merritton Legion, After the parade all our members are invited to come back the the union hall for the after party. The Marty Allen Band will be playing on the lounge patio at the Union hall. We have also booked inflatables for kids to play on, a cash bar in the lounge and a BBQ.
Any members who would like to participate, walk in the parade, ride the retiree bus drive their own classic car or drive a company car built by and serviced by our Union members should contact the Union Hall
We also have ordered new Unifor T shirts which can be purchased at a discounted price before the parade.
